We ship domestically and internationally. All shipping cost are included in the price.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Depending on the product and destination it is possible that the delivery can go up to three weeks due to individual production.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the delivery company responsible. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted for international delivery. We will provide a link with the track and trace code, on which you can see the delivery status of your product. We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
